苏式面是苏州的一个符号

是一种日常，更是一种文化

不时不食，是对生活的考究

更是顺应自然享受自然的哲学

在平江路大儒巷——姑苏人文氛围的最深处，坐落着一家苏式面馆“裕海华”。作为一家传统苏式面馆，裕海华需要带给食客的不仅仅是一碗好面，更要有一种文化的传承。

“河街相邻，水陆并行”，平江路是古城区的缩影，沉淀着千年的文化。基于品牌“姑苏雅面”的定位以及地域文化，裕海华的空间设计脱胎于苏式园林，不只是设计景观，更寄托品牌的追求与向往。空间凝聚了结构之美和人文精髓，带给食客味蕾与精神的双重满足。

含而不露

内秀其中

园林之妙，在于曲折婉转移步异景。建筑主体分为两部分，两个空间都呈一览无余的状态。从建筑的主入口起，便以造景、隔断等方式创造迂回的动线，提升空间的观赏性和游览性，创造引人入胜的意境。

The beauty of the garden lies in the twists and turns that lead to different views. The main of the building is in two parts, and both spaces are in a state of unobstructed view. From the main entrance of the building, a meandering line of movement is created by means of landscaping and partitioning, which enhances the ornamental nature of the space and the touring line and creates a fascinating mood.

空间入口设有两重门扉，掩映在格栅与树木之内，低调而文雅。转入室内，绿植、框景、隔断......空间景观层层递进，内部的场景若隐若现，引发人探索的欲望，言有尽而意无穷。

The entrance of the space has a twofold doorway, hidden within the grille and trees, low-key and elegant. Turning into the interior, green plants, framed scenes, partitions ...... The landscape of the space progresses step by step, and the scene inside is hidden and visible, triggering people's desire to explore, with endless words but endless meaning.

山石花木交错，带给人田园般的宁静悠远。石材粗糙的纹理与金属光滑的表面碰撞，质感丰富，演绎自然与现代的融合。水是苏州的灵魂，孕育万物灵秀。以流水为静态的空间注入灵动的气息，潺潺的水声更多了一份禅意与轻快。

The intertwining of rocks, flowers and trees brings idyllic tranquility and longevity. The rough texture of stone and metal smooth surface collision, rich texture, interpretation of natural and modern fusion. The water pouring down, for the static space main into the dynamic atmosphere, gurgling water sound more a Zen and lighthearted.

木饰面的吊顶让空间变得不再是一览无余，而是充满层次和质感；倾斜的角度营造屋檐的感觉，让人穿梭回旧日时光，在这里感受到亲近的归属感。灯光明暗有序，富有韵律感，调动舒适放松的情绪。

The wood-finished ceiling makes the space no longer visible, but full of layers and texture; the tilted angle creates the feeling of eaves, allowing people to shuttle back to the old days, where they feel a sense of belonging to the close. The lighting is orderly and rhythmic, mobilizing the mood of comfort and relaxation.

窗是建筑的眼睛，是园林的点睛之笔。室内墙壁多开小窗，连接不同空间。景致也被串联起来，交叠出不同的视觉效果，远近高低，各有风姿，值得细细品味。灯光从花窗内泛起，创造视觉上的延伸，拓展空间尺度。

Windows are the eyes of the building and the finishing touch to the garden. The interior walls have many small windows, connecting different spaces. The scenery is also connected, overlapping different visual effects, near and far, high and low, each with its own style. Lighting rises from the windows, creating a visual extension and expanding the scale of space.

承上启下

细节之雅

在外走廊的环绕下，建筑幽静而深邃；走廊连接不同区域，在这些场景设计或大或小的景观，丰富细节，提升空间层次，让空间更具园林的精致。

Surrounded by the outer corridor, the building is quiet and deep; the corridor connects different areas, and large or small landscapes are designed in these scenes to enrich the details, enhance the spatial level, and make the space more exquisite as a garden.

植物造景通过窗户与室内景观重叠，层次丰富；空间之间隔而不断，别有一番悠远之境。墙角柔和的曲线与幽暗的灯光一起，塑造松弛静谧的氛围。

The plant landscaping overlaps with the interior landscape through the windows, creating rich layers; the spaces are separated but not continuous, creating a remote atmosphere. The soft curves of the wall corners, together with the dim lighting, create a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.

简约的线条勾勒出苏式建筑的轮廓，粉墙黛瓦的形象跃然眼前，并在几何与色块的演绎下别具风格，平添现代的艺术气息。廊柱分割光线，留下美妙的光影；柱子之内又别有洞天，微缩的造景不失自然气韵，自成完整的小世界。

Simple lines outline the outline of the Soviet-style architecture, the image of the pink walls and tiles jumps out at you, and with the interpretation of geometry and color blocks, it has a distinctive style, adding a modern artistic flavor. The corridor columns divide the light, leaving wonderful light and shadow; within the columns there are other holes, and the miniature landscape does not lose the natural charm, forming a complete small world of its own.

自然人文

交融真韵

建筑外部空间被设计成景观带，高墙矗立，墙内设有花园，营造出庭院深深的韵味，用自然之美点亮空间。“胸有丘壑，则工丽可，简率亦可。”空间器物在精神文化的加持下方有真韵，室内以诗词屏风讲述姑苏千年，达到自然与人文的融合。

The exterior corners of the building were designed as landscaped areas, with a high wall and a garden inside the wall, creating the flavor of a deep courtyard and lighting up the space with the beauty of nature. "If there is a valley in one's chest, then the work can be beautiful and the simplicity can be simple." The objects in the space have a true rhythm under the support of spiritual culture, and the indoor screen with poems tells the thousand years of Gusu, achieving the fusion of nature and humanity.

盆景与长桌融为一体，分隔座位的同时，将自然雅致的气息注入其中。吊顶以古建筑结构为灵感，让整齐的序列铺陈出空间的秩序，营造古香古色的韵味。筒灯排列其上，以恰到好处的距离照亮餐桌。

The bonsai is integrated with the long table, separating the seating while injecting elegance into it. The ceiling is inspired by ancient architectural structures, allowing the neat sequence to lay out the order of the space and create an antique flavor. The downlights are arranged to illuminate the table at just the right distance.

打开墙面，让自然光涌进来，空间变得豁然开朗。以门框为画框，将廊下风光收入室内，四时不同景亦不同，带来不同的心境变化。

Open the wall, let the natural light come in, and the space becomes clear. Using the door frame as a picture frame, the scenery of the porch is brought into the interior, and the scenery is different at different times of the year, bringing different changes in the state of mind.

屏风层层叠叠，灯带柔和的光线从背后透出，有虚有实，营造出丰富的层次，展开人对空间的想象，无形之中创造留白。

The screen is layered, and the soft light from the strip comes out from behind, both imaginary and real, creating rich layers, unfolding one's imagination of the space, and invisibly creating white space.
